PeterJames
bell tamper is probably present when the system is in alarm. I would 1. Set alarm (without door contact) and set it off to see if you still get bell tamp 2. Try another door contact Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/31554-texecom-premier-wireless-prob-help/#findComment-272884 Share on other sites
AdrianMealing
Cab you tell me what version of firmware is in the panel, and when you bought the contacts. To find firmware version press menu 4 on the keypad. amealing@texe.com Head of Industry Affairs Visit Our Website Texecom Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/31554-texecom-premier-wireless-prob-help/#findComment-272911 Share on other sites

AdrianMealing
OK thnaks for that, are you using the magnet we supplied with the contact on the door, or are you using the inputs with a wired contact going too them? amealing@texe.com Head of Industry Affairs Visit Our Website Texecom Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/31554-texecom-premier-wireless-prob-help/#findComment-272951 Share on other sites
