April 3, 201115 yr Author comment_272142 want for general testing. Took over a new site, 3ft flourescent wont work, swapped batt, has voltage but still wouldnt come on, was going to test that batt was charging but i blew me fuse in the meter the other day and i couldne be arsed to go back to the van to put new fuses in. Thought today if i had a batt tester, i could prove battery one way or the other. If battery ok, i'd put it down to control gear. But at £175 ish, i'll think i'll do without. PLus some of the test switches/normal switches in each apartment are wired back to front and upside down and all sorts. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
