TSV
You have to program the panel to disable unused zones. Zones 7 and onwards should be set to "Not used" Right I've done that. It says zone 1 Entry/Exit, Zone 2 Guard access and the rest guard. It's still saying Tamper though. When you need your car repairing do you use a lawn mower mechanic? ....... get my drift? Fair enough, I thought they'd be pretty straight forward.
iapalategi
How is configured zone wiring ? Are all on "Double Pole/EOL" ? If so, haven't you got access to the sensors to check how much wires are connected ?
TSV
There's just 1 thick wire going into all the sensors. Don't tell me there should be 2, I've had them all put in recesses in the wall and they've all been plastered up.
iapalategi
It should be multi-wire inside. If the leds in the sensors are flashing, it means there must be more than just 1 wire in it. Can't you open a sensor to check inside ?
TSV
I'll give it a try but I suspect I'm about to kill a sensor. I've just tried but they seem glued to the wall. I can't see how to get the cover off. Is there a trick to it?

TSV
2.5 t&e ? I've just googled that and it doesn't look as thick as the ones on Google.
iapalategi
I believe that it has 2 screws hidden by the teardrop shaped piece of plastic, try to take it of with a flat screwdriver.
