DanLad, my earlier post may have been a bit blunt .... I didn't intend it that way but I was in a rush.

... what I really meant to say: This project seems to be a step too far for you right now. If you take it on you may regret doing so later on. Strive for bigger and better installs by all means, but perhaps it may be prudent to gain more experience of smaller commercials first.

Also, see what the financial risk may be on this job and see what your insurance covers you for. Most small businesses only have £1m cover, but a burnt down shopping centre could cost £1b to re-build.
