December 2, 201015 yr comment_260296 From the 11th January, Redcare will be changing our mobile service provider to O2. All new* Secure orders will be provided with O2 service as standard and an alternative Vodafone SIM will be available to order separately. What this means for you It will make things easier for you when testing for signal strength, as all Redcare products are now on the same network. It also means you have the flexibility of ordering an alternative SIM, if needed. SurveyingIf we receive the order on or after 11th January, please do a signal strength test for O2. Otherwise there is no change. You may also like to use the recently launched intuitive online network coverage checker** from O2 UK. The tool provides guidance as to the strength and status of the O2 network at a postcode level. Ordering Vodafone SIMsShould you require one, Vodafone SIMs will be available to order from 11th January at a one off cost of £5, there will be two options: 1 Order from our Redcare Shop. 2 Ask your ARC to enter the Campaign Code VODA on the Redcare ETS. Changing a SIMPrior to your site visit please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 800 628 to activate the Vodafone SIM - we will require the TA ID of the Secure Unit. Simply remove the plastic base, swap the SIM and replace the base. Upon activation, the SIM it replaces will be de-activated. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
