Zone 7 Fire ---> to output 2 on panel output 2 wired as pizeo

zone 7 shows as healthy 4 wire exodus dp resistance correct when in NC/OC states.

Digital as zone mimic for sending sms data via onboard com2400

for some reason no sms gets through, yet all the other zone configs send sms without any issue, eg pir zone 3 area A

sends the following text hes getting thorough the duckin window get your false teeth and run!

Digi channels dont send on Sms texting, only on fast format

If you want to send fire always turn on unarmed fire coms in area options

As on other post the programming is all over the place.

Programing is not all over the place!

there are only a certain amount of configs per section

just because you can see several windows open does not mean that the programing is all over the place oh and by the way

mimic ---> zone 7 fire ---> control panel output ---> 12v pizeo sounder

This zone is not reported via sms using the comm 2400 whilst all the other 9 zones work fine and report via sms

What area is zone 7 assigned to?

As I said earlier though, digi channels have nothing to do with SMS texting, what is sent by SMS is determined by what attributes are assigned in the reporting options

the attributes in version 8 software for a setting of fire seem to choose reset

no other attributes other than auto re arm

the only other option since it is an optical sensor would be to give it guard attribute but I am not sure?

seems odd that when selecting fire that reset attribute selects automatically but nothing else.
