No, you need to know it has set some how.

But you can just have the keypad make tones and turn that right down.

With Oxo there it can be set to keypad tones only By the installer! Even with the speaker at is lowest "No1" it is still so loud.

can you not change sounder output on keypad to spare? *00, *01? or set up groups and chenge e/e horn to group one only?

also you can tell its set by count down stoping on rkp if you have one upstairs that is

and yes i woke up then and got punched by my GF when i went back up stairs lol i did find out i had missed my entry pir on stairs lol

you cant program that on a g2 only the bigger gals.

You can silent set it, but you need to know on a silent set that the set has completed, ie a door isnt open etc.

Buy the time you add an expander to take it to 16zones and comm2400 module the price is the same as a galaxy, depends where you buy from.

I missed the bit in the galaxy manual about you be able to change them to a grade 3 panel if needed.

But your right about the comm2400 but missed the point about 16 zones ! 10 on the premier and 12 on the galaxy 2-20.

price difference between premier range and galaxy range g2 to g3 has caused the shift.

Got to think ahead !

Don't get me wrong i still thing the galaxy is the better panel but would rather just fit a range of panel that can be affordable serviced.
