here is my story about the freecom i have installed 5 of these now first one fine second one fine third one had to speak to tec guys needed defaulting forth one spent 3 hours on it and 2 hours on to tech guys when you commission it there is 3 lines which go from 1 to 3 in about a 60 secs but mine wont go past 1 so after trying defaulting and trying more give up ordered a new one went to site today and installed it well pressed the c button only got to 1 bar so on the phone to tech and he don't no so swapped the sim cards and then set up the old one on a power supply out of the panel it commission ok so now im confused so then put that one into the panel no joy it the aerial so swapped for a another on which give me 4 bar and commissioned then signal went to 8 then till 1 then it crashed agaig so i ended up with a freecom with a red care gsm aerial on it its stable now might just be the last i install i think but did have no probs with the 5th one

i hate risco equipment

Glad i did not go down the route of freecom. They phoned me enough times trying to get me to move from Dual com.
