Does anyone know how to reset the admin password on a Dedicated Colussus DVR which is approx 2.5 years old?

The admin password should be 12345, but it is no longer working and I can't login to the unit.

heres the manual, but ive never used this dvr so cannot help any further with how to reset the unit.

Not if you cant get into the menus in the first place.

You could try removing the CMOS battery if it has one for about 30 minutes.
