Hi All,

I have just found this site and am very impressed, Well here goes a bit about myself.

I am a technical Support Engineer for PAC International and have been working for them for 4yrs, I deal with all calls on any PAC product and my specialist subject is PAC Vision. Before that I was a service engineer with Chubb Alarms for about 10 years.

I hope to be able to have be a regular input on this site.
