Evening all,

Anybody familiar with the company SAS Fire and Security? They just tried fleecing my OAP parents for 8k!

I've managed to stop further payments to them and get trading standards involved.

Interested to hear if anyone else has had dealings with these low lives??

they wont be the last,and defo not the first..theres some proper alarm co's in manchester,most on here..they will sort you out a good deal...

My god 8K sorry to hear that.

There was a thread the other week about them on here.

They have been in the local paper about their pushy sales techniques. Basically picking on older people and refusing to leave without a contract signed. Sadly, plenty of people signing just to get shut of them not realising the expense.

Quite a few of their jobs appearing round here now.

Yep, i know of a case where they paid 5k. Out of order the way they are allowed to get away with it IMO.

there was a 2 page spread on them in last weeks sinday national papers

very dodgy firm
