Dear TSI faithfull,

I have attempted to connect a Viper GL shock sensor to a DIY panel however am experiencing problems with arming sytem.

Can anyone a rough guide to connections as no instructions came with unit & am fairly desperate.

although i am not a alarm installer i am an electrician so should be able to follow some basic advice if available

thanks in advance

Gareth

are you sure your diy panel will accept a proper detector.

you will need the instructions for the viper else you will never be able to set it up right

The panel is a NOVAR EDS/ MK electric unbadged & packed as a wickes own jobbie.

As there all part of the voltium group i cant imagine the chip set being that different from a trade kit. Especially since ADE have been pedaling the same products for years .

Panel same as optima style(also sold as newlec/alto kits) sorry dont have exact references.

full fitting instructions would be ideal but general hints to add single shock sensor to dedicated circuit should get me out of bother.

Again thanks in advance

Gareth
