buying a burglar alarm from friend of mine who company has closed down and alarm is 3 years old need someone to fit this in my shop the whole alarm is complete with with everything working order can someone advise xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

yes providing they have the knowledge and understanding, but tbh you may find it difficult to get someone to fit second hand gear....with respect we do not know where it is coming from.

any good engineer can install anything regardless of were it came from its most likely a galaxy panel..

i think that he was refering to it might be nicked from somewhere. I wouldnt go anywhere near it professionaly unless we supplied it. But thats just me.

But yes in theory yes any engineer with experience of that system would be able to install it and support it.

Aint some of their stuff leased to the customer therefore still belongs to ADT?

some is sold outright depends on the contract, but as i said most wont touch it. And im not sure id want a security system fitted by someone who would be prepared to handle stolen goods (if still belongs to adt etc)
