I've inherited a concept 6 alarm with the house I recently bought and the control panel has suddenly gone off and the alarm isnt working anymore.

I've was not given a manual with the alarm so I do not know what the problem might be.

Does anyone have any experience of this alarm.

What lights if any are illuminated on the keypad?

What happens when you press the buttons on the keypad?

The Concept 6 panel is extremely common and lots of people who visit this forum will have experience working on them and will be willing to help.
