new to this site,its for my daughter,my wife put code in wrong 3 times now tamper light is on and key pad locked out,the alarm was going off for a while (daughters neighbours not to happy)then finally stopped ,strobes on bell box were flashing but stopped after long while,we only have code to turn alarm on/off and no manual any help much needed

by now you shoudl be able to enter the correct code and reset it.

pressed reset still locked,thanks redbull,dont no default code as alarm was fitted before daughter moved in,only turn on /off code

sounds to me the wrong code isnt related, i reakon it has a fault and until that fault is cleared it wont reset
