Texecom Premier Flash Upgrades

Featured Replies

Guys

If you use the Premier range, can I ask where you get your flash upgrades from?

I am a texecom registered installer, but Texecom support direct me to the distribution channel, where I find that the knowledge or what panel/version/feature is not that well understood....

So...interested in where you source them from!

Quite why they are not available in the installers section of texe.com I just dont know....

David

we get our honeywell ones from our rep, but you can order them. If they are supposed to come from distribution id ask texecom for a part number

Good idea asking for a part number!

They are FOC, so I cannot see why they cannot be downloaded from teh TEXE.COM installers website... :angry2:

The flash upgrade cable kit is (apparently) a restricted part..which you kinda understand...

David

I phoned up Tech Support, told them who I work for, asked for a flash upgrade kit and they sent it to me. Whenever I need flash upgrade files they Email them to me.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
