Hi all, I'm after a link or the software for a cop 16ch dvr it's about 3 years old, not the faster network one they did after but the earlier one, I know I'm not a lover of them either but a good customer of mine has one in place and has asked me to setup remote viewing on it for him, many thanks Tony

Umm just installed it but seems to be for dvr playback and can't seem to do anything with it...... god I hate not much cop....... any other suggestions on remote viewing software???

The dvr is 16ch with cdrw and is the grey keyed one without jog shuttle and are usually slow as over the internet

Much easier to look on the bottom of the machine IMO

ps:videcon are alot better now if you looking .

Videcon are in my bad books too atm lol...... sometimes I think there must be easier ways to make a living!! System Q are back in the ok books after a few emails.... but these are companies we use for small orders... cheap and cheerfull jobs mainly we use the big boys for the day to day installs, the others help us compete on the low end side of the market which I think everyone has to compete against each other in these days.... I like to think of them as pocket money jobs lol
