Ive been told since that I should have not been sold this control panel as they are now obsolete. I called the shop and they said they would exchange it for a hkc Alarm panel. Just one question, as the alarm panel is all connected up and working, is there anything I should know before disconnecting it. (yeah i would say that) well if you damage the panel taking it out, ask yourself will the shop still be happy to take it back. mains electricity does kill. also on here, we agree to stick to our own rules.
