There is 2ply on fe zones but as soon as panel goes into bells channel 3 should go neg (+ve removed). Check cmd 153, make sure option 03 (intruder) selected.Your right about confirmation, but there is a couple of seconds delay on op3 when confirmation selected. I thought maybe if you were unsetting v quickly not to upset neighbours! Yes, lets prove the panel or dialler first as could be barking up wrong tree. Yippee! Got it working, you are right, I didn't let the alarm go off long enough for it to dial out. Prior to this, I swapped the alarm output types for the pin-outs and they all work fine.
