A good, concientious, engineer wtith a 'talent' for getting the job done and solving problems is hard to find, and Should be paid accordingly. Guest anguscanplay
If your good at your job that could/should rise annually by 5-10% per year.C. you on the same pills as Woosh?
Chorlton
you on the same pills as Woosh? a pay rise needs to better inflation or by definition it's not a rise. whats inflation currently say 4% ? so i say 5-10% - if your good at your job. it's all subjective anyway.
