Weve started using bewater ip access control, works really well, did use srs but found it to be unreliable and the technical support was as good as the products

You wouldn't really class SRS in the same league.

Regarding Bewator, the sales guy pushing the entro range as just left and gone back to ACT.

Would you say that Net2 is one of the more expensive solutions how does it rate in comparison to the others mentioned on here?

All depends on your requirements and design of system. Not an exact science comparing the different brands without stating specific parameters/requirements.

On a recent GAP and pricing analysis the ACT system was more cost effective than Net2, then the Entro range.

No net2 isnt one of the more expenive solutions and the software is limiting as it grows.

As Cubit says ACT is more flexible and has more features, the galaxy access in the panels is quite powerful, similar to net2 and far more cost effective.

You have honeywell/nothern with winpak again very powerful but expensive, the PAC range etc. Loads and loads.

You might have a problem with support for net2 as they currently only support registered installers and and you can only buy it as a registered installer.

But you can buy cards of them direct.
