Thats what im thinking (as a non alarm guy) was it even armed that night

Surely they wouldn't be able to say it failed if it was their fault, as that would make the installing company look bad, I don't know?

I would of thought the shutter would of had contacts on,if not,backed up by a DT? Either a poor install,or it wasn't set.
