A Step On The Ladder Please

Featured Replies

Hi there .

I am currently seeking work in security systimes installation.

Although i have worked predomenatantly in Telecommunications engineering (subcontracting) i want to get back into the industry (Alarms/ fire) as soon as. I have some expernce on the installation side of accsess control systimes and Fire etc , but the problem i am haveing is that most employers are looking for more expernce than i have got.

So how do i get that expernce when not many firms are not takeing on :(

As i said , i wont to get that first foot on the ladder , i have got the training qualifications, but what i really need is a (CHANCE) .

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated . :)

cheers.

Sorry mate,

Dont wish to sound like a muppet , but do you have the exact web link? ive just tryed typeing that in to google and caint find it .

Try Googling "tyco fire and security" the forum badword filter is set up to stop us writing company names but the one your after is Always Double or Treble the price ;)

Liverpool branch of A, D, T are short, just phone the branch and ask to be put through to Installation or Service for Intruder/Fire/CCTV/Access, whichever you are interested in and speak to an "FLM". They cover up to Preston and so may be your best bet. Also if you speak direct to an FLM he will let you know if he has any vacancies or any of his colleagues. Better than using the website IMO.
