Sorry, yes there's power.It's actually deccorated & has been used during summer for beauty therapy **** but is just being used as storage over winter.

the stuff from screw fix is ungraded, however if I where to pop into a security wholersaler & but the same like for like I'd expect 80 + vat to be the going rate

When you refer to a panel being graded, is that for insurance purpose? Or for quality?
