takes time,

vetting is done on a voluntary basis by certain mod's or admin in their own time and on their own phone bill which is not reinbursed, so please be patient.

Apologies, your application has been received and is currently awaiting processing. This can take a while, especially if it's left to myself. Sadly vetting takes a back stage to everything else, and we currently have no-one person dedicated to getting through the backlog.

I am looking for someone able to take over the vetting on a full time basis,

Vetting can sometimes be quite time consuming, and relatively un-rewarding.

It basically involves phoning the applicant's employer and checking they actually work there, and checking that they are solely in the security business.

It may also require phoning the applicant himself. As we do occasionally get someone trying to gain entry who is not in the industry.
