Have a client who wants a simple hard wired (no wireless due to loads flor lights etc) intercom system that has 2 telephone style handsets and 1 wall unit that can call each other etc

Is the system for internal use or customer.

Does each handset and wall unit need to call each other ie. 2 call buttons on each unit Handset A B&C, Handset B A&C, Wall Unit C A&B?

Can't remember who does it but Ive seen one .....(must think a bit harder)

if you want real simple, henry's audio do plug-in mains one's 3 channels which works really well

good fun though if someone has an older type baby alarm

also do hard wired versions 'cheap as chips'

There are very few companies doing this sort of system anymore

Have looked through BPT Fermax Videx Aiphone etc but no joy

Legrand (was also known as LT) and BSTL (Bell Sytems) also do a wired intercom system, it can be got from ADI Gardiners or better Safe Link Services http://www.safelink.co.uk/. speak to Mike if possible.

I would suggest you consider Urmet, they do a few systems but their 926 series has a telephone style keyboard at each handset that allows you to dial the extension you require.

Its great stuff, I should know, I used to work there!!!
