Hi All, we are a small installer company which is using texecom equipment but have found too many on the diy market, then we have moved on to gardtec eursec equipment but ones again too many on the diy market, we are now looking at the galaxy or guardall equipment, which are the best or is there something else out there??? We many do residential & small commercials.

I would personally go to Galaxy, Scantronic and Menvier...

why not go G593 or G595 perhaps?

you will find certain panels being used by the diy section, what you should bare in mind is many people do not want to install their own system, are to busy to, or are barred from doing so due to their insurance co. stipulations.

so your providing a certain section of people with a professional installation expertise, design and service complete with backup, any prob's they phone you and they just sit back.

the further you go down the exclusive product route the more quirks & less stable it is

EVERYTHING is flogged of the internet be it "trade" alarm controls or telephone exchanges,

both the products you mention are flogged via distribution so far from "exclusive" anymore

I think Arf may have made a decent post......... scary stuff ;)
