sound like noise on the coax or phasing. try fitting a "humbug" which disconnects the earth from the system, this should work.

or make sure all 240 volt cameras are on the same phase

this is a new camera to my existing 2 cameras, only the new camera has this problem

the BNC connector has not been fitted correctly at either or both ends. make them off again. probably

did you fit them? the little gold pin has to "click" and be crimped, some dont do this.

10 quid it needs a humbug

10 quid says its curable rather than filtering the problem out , rewire it a different route , do the ends properly and 9 times out of 10..........
