April 8, 200719 yr comment_162341 Put this topic in the DIY section but reposting as some of you guys will have more knowledge thanks Hi: Bought an SD1 + Speech Dialler to add to my system I fitted a few years ago. Looking at the manual theres options for alarm, fire, PA etc with connections A,B,C for each trigger I just need it to send a message when theres an alarm activation, the unit itself has Trig A, Trig B and Trig C So if I just need C for alarm is it just connected to B or bell output in the alarm panel and the 12V and 0V supply, is that it just the 3 connections and 2 for the phone or am i missing something Theres also an Abort connection on the unit beside A, B and C but nothing about it in the manual, "the diagram does'nt match the PCB" On activation the message is sent and the receiver has to press a digit on the phone to to tell the unit it has been succesfull so im wondering if everything works with just 1 connection plus power os Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/18592-speech-dialer/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 April 8, 200719 yr comment_162342 Sorry we can not give out specific engineering advice on this forum. Sorry dont use them. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
