I have a Safewatch pro 2000 that I would like to reprogram the keypad alfa's. I am not under contract. Hao can I change these entries?

Im assuming he means the abillity to name (alpha tag) zones or users, instead of zone 1 it would say "Front Door" for example.

I`ve only got the Users manual for this panel, and the alpha tagging facillity is usually left upto the engineer when programming the alarm, I was hoping one of the many ADT chaps would be able to help out here.......??
