December 1, 200619 yr comment_135009 Hello, Does anyone know of a company that provides a product that covers the CCTV dome in a layer to prevent dirt building up on it and let's the rain run off without buidup? We have a large number of new external dome cameras and we are struggling to find someone that provides this covering. Many thanks. December 1, 200619 yr comment_135014 A member on here (I forget who) suggested something that we have tried with good success. That is to spray WD40 onto a cloth and then wipe the dome with it. It makes the device slippery so dirt and spiders cannot stick easily. I don't know if it is the best answer, but it does work. Paul Ok, i'll pass that on to the engineer. Thanks.
