Have you programmed it via Wintex? If so PM me your .cif, .tdf and .thf

files and password(if applied) and I'll take a look at the programming.

one that to note stated that my panel is a premier 48 but forgeting thats the one at work we fitted mys is a primer 24 sorry about thsi a bad mouth

Ring Texecom Tech support tomorrow, i think you definately have a panel with the software fault.

Problem is with the 24s they cant be flash upgraded on site like 48s and above.

phoned tech support no one there it's saturday will have to try monday

since fitting the com2400 i can now longer send texts via the speech and text dialler any ideas.
