this is true....so in your part of the world they still attended???????...i live in kent and it is unoffically kent plod policy to attend maybe up to two hours after the inital call so the keyholder sorts it!!!!...had a customer last week that attended a breakin and found intruders on the premises,so she ran outside to a passing police patrol which she flagged down and she told them what was going on and there reply was sorry love we are investigating reports of drunken behaviour by minors....(by the way this was at 2 am) you will have too wait as we are assigned to this only!!!!!!!...they got away with
