NSI certs
Hi, Is it mandatory to issue an NSI cert on a take-over once the system checks out ok & becomes under your company banner (maintenance contract)? Or if any modifications/extensions to systems are made does a cert get reissued? Kind Regards,

Dahua to the cloud
Any ideas if a Dahua HD-CVI DVR can stream to the cloud for offsite storage?

Maglock Curiosity
Not on the locks I use... Red unlocked, green is engaged.

Maglock Curiosity
Guys - quick curious question... What is it within a monitored maglock that determines the light to go either green or red? I had a door that seemed lock but didn't turn green, when it grabbed tighter to the magnet the light turned green which is correct. I was just wondering what mechanism it uses within the maglock to determine if it is fully secure or not.

URN Enquiry
Guys, New to the monitoring side of things so have a quick question... I have a scenario where I have 1 x Galaxy 48... with one emizon unit sending PA, Int, Confirm etc through to the ARC... It has multiple PA's on the Galaxy - do I need two URN's for the PA side of things or one to cover the whole site? Thanks,

Fob Identification/query
Ok so there's no different variants of an "iClass fob"...? i.e. 16k bit or 32k bit. (not sure on what this means or even if it makes a difference operationally I just saw the difference on the web and thought id ask.

Fob Identification/query
I can see that the fob is a HID iClass fob... My question is - is there many variants of this fob? Customer is looking for replacements - am I going to need to get a picture of the reader or is there one HID iClass fob type?

LED indication over long run.
Volt drop will matter as I'll be running the power through the relay 200m away? Power will run from the "panel" through the relay 200m away then back to the LED which is located on the panel... so round trip of 400m... I'm just wondering if there's a better solution. Current is 20mA.. LED is the type is fitted on industrial switch panels?? if that makes sense.

LED indication over long run.
Shutter is on a internal section going into a segregated part of the building so no use in this instant. Door is not alarmed.

LED indication over long run.
I am attempting to indicate a roller shutter has been left open with an LED indicator located at a drivers desk (point A)... the roller shutter is at point B with a lever that when bolted across a relay operates to N.O. Distance from point A to point B is 200m. What's my best way of doing it i.e. voltages and size of cables.... I was thinking of sending a +24VAC down one core from a panel that were having made, running through the relay to connect directly back to the LED indicator. and have 0v connected straight from panel to indicator....

Pyronix Enforcer
Site name could be used for remote access purposes to label the system? Not sure to be honest but that would be my guess - maybe a label for the APP to pick up on?
