    DaveWitts posted a topic in General Security & Fire Queries
    Over the last few days with the system unset the internal sounder has been going off randomly and tamper has been showing on the keypad. The alarm can be stopped by entering code ##REMOVED## the programmed user codes do not work. A new battery has been fitted and I have reprogrammed the system with new user codes but the fault is still occurring and the user codes I programmed dont work. In addition the bell box tamper and global tamper have been looped out. Can anyone provide a reason as to what the problem might be.
