More of my customer sent a luton van of stuff along with an ambulance out there.

I asked if they brought any good-looking but vulnerable women back in return.... I think this might be the only site we're doing for 'em

There must be something in the water out there, as there seems to be  lot of exceptionally good looking women out there.

...and when the government said it will be pay £300 per person to home these worn torn ladies, i thought all my Christmas's had been rolled into one. lol

I have read some marriages have ended due to taking in a Ukrainian lady, what did the wife expect when a twenty year old grateful blond in tight jeans and top turned up!

    Risco Agility EWD has 5 x cr123...

Pyronix 2 x square battery are double the cost but more Ah

The round "eve" battery in older pyonix are 40% dearer than the 2 sqaure ones?

So from the days of me using risko, one of their plus points was the cr123's in the bell.

Obviously Pyronix designers couldnt the current draw down enough. Like you say with the pricing with pyronix battery prices, proper piss take.

I have just been looking at another easy and cheap way to replace their pants down battery (I have looked into it before) but reckon i am close to a solution, so long as i can get a 10 CR123 battery holder in the bell housing.

You only need 8 CR123 batteries to equal a pants down battery, but in this day and age, i think its reasonable that a bell battery should last two years, or even replace bell batt yearly with five cr123's. But not twenty quid roger my **** that can not last two years and still have some umff to ring the bell.

I am sure tech said you can only have 4 two minute bell activations in two years, WTF.

I have been meaning to post, is anyone using Ajax?

Moto something along with pyronix branded are the normal items.

However I'd assumed most of the leading brand won't produce all their product in house ?

    I agree mate.

..and on a slight tangent, after a call out this week, (and had many issues over the years), is Pyronix's poor choice of wireless bell battery.

Trying to F*** firms over with a non standard poxy sized battery, that is not fit for purpose, (thats why they changed the design) (to a just as **** design). They use standard sized CR123 batteries in nearly all their devices, then act a C*** with bell and RKP batts Why not just use CR123 for every device. Standard stock item for any alarm firm.

Wong, private house with box fresh Pyronix radio smoke

Pairdeer if there good enough for pyronix..... I might have to shell out for Duracell ?

Just does not look right, opening up a security/fire device from a main player and seeing back street chinky batteries.

Internet and social media blow everything out of proportion, mainstream news is following suit it gets more clicks and revenue.

It's twisting the way the majority of the public interact in society IMO.

Opinions are now polarising and not collaborative, no one person has the right answer to everything...

The more people you listen to, the broader your picture becomes. People don't listen and often only seek out confirmation of their bias.

...and you are not allowed 'a view' on social media.

I agree with the last sentence, people believe what they want to believe.

The news just seems so panic panic panic nowadays, shortages in the shops causing panic buying during Covid, after that it was the fuel shortage everyone panicking to buy fuel all fuelled by the media (excuse the pun), and whats with the red pictures of the UK on the weather announcements? A few years ago that would have been a few jolly pictures of the sun in different places. Yeah it was hot today and maybe on paper hotter than any known recorded temperature but does it really warrant all the drama causing panic buying of ice cubes? They have been going on and on about inflation but I have not seen any changes in selling stuff, if anything I am selling more than I ever did, and many of my customers are expanding their businesses not the other way around ( I think most of em know something I dont ). I think the media has gone all snowflake on us, causing more grief than it should.

    You are bang on Pete.

I could rant about this all night.

Its all a scarefest. Reporters drama queening it for maximum impact.

Some of the so called top reporters who absolutely try and grill politicians for their 5 minutes of fame is just sad.

What a lot of the public do not seem to realise is that news channels are funded by certain people who want their political or righteous slant viewed.

The amount of the elderly public who believe everything the BBC say is shocking. Institutionalised, they have been brought up with the BBC all their life and believe whatever they are told.

    Sky is joke.

Personally i think news channels should give a balanced view and let viewers make up their minds.

  9. I have been using panasonic for years, no issues.

stovestop looks a bit wanky ?

It does look at sad item dangling there, but builders ****** the kitchen locations in some of the studio flats, these were installed in flats where the oven / hob is near the flat door.

The existing ones are out of date, so need replacing.
