Pete just one last thing before I go, if I am connected to his dvr and he tries to connect to his dvr he gets a message admin account is in use do you want to continue if he says yes then no connection all this worked up to a week ago and for the last 4 years.

I genuinely don't know then i've deleted the account on the phone re loaded the app and the settings are spot on but no good.

Thanks anyway Pete yes we are all using the same settings on the app and 3 can get in but he can't I am beginning to think its a setting on his phone as he can get to my dvr ok. cheers anyway

Thanks Pete sorry to appear thick but I can connect to his dvr with 4g with the same account settings that he has on his iphone to samsungs ddns ie rtsp port, id, and password and the ipolis ddns samsungipolis.com/ xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Hi all I have a real strange one here, my son has a samsund 1630d dvr which 3 people with iphones can connect to on a local ip and through 4g network ok, my sons iphone can connect local but not 4g to his 1630d he can connect to my 1673d no problem on 4g,I hope this makes sense, any questions please. also i have reloaded the ipolis app to his iphone and also checked the settings many times settings on the app many times. thanks bj

I am in eng mode, modify, codes, 249 (eng code) only lets me change eng code no more options.

Hi can anyone help on this problem my son in law has his talk talk router in his office, the signal in the kitchen extension ( other side of house) is rubbish with wifi boosters, but he has a cat5 cable from the router in the office to a netgear 8 way switch in the kitchen which he uses for the tv and other equipment. What we are trying to find out is there any sort of kit that can be fitted on the network cable at the switch end to boost the signal. I did hear once that you could use another router connected to the cat5 cable and use that as a wifi booster is that so. many thanks. bjj

It would be security risk if you could, just break in and press the A key the keypad is in my bedroom to break in and unset the system the intruder would have to enter the house through my bedroom window to unset with the A key with me in bed. The system is part set, there would be a activation from any other part of the house.

Hi just a quick question the Galaxy keypad in my bedroom has the B key Programmed to no code silent part, is there a way I can Program the A key to no code and to unset the part set I know it can be done with a fob but just want the A key. cheers bj
