[Interface A Securilite Voltek 1804 Pir With A Gjd Sapphire 1500 Mk3 Controller]

Hi, I have a customer who has a single GJD opal pir going to a GJD Sapphire 1500 Mk3 triggering external LED lighting..

The customer has procured a voltek 1804 PIR..

My question is,  can i also interface the voltek into the GJD controller as well as using the exisitng GJD opal pir?

 

The wiring to the Opal is 4 cores -

12v / 0V DC (2 cores),   Trigger (A)  -  single core trigger input into controller for detection & one as a photocell input (S)

The Voltek is much the same as the above with S - trigger input   L -Photocell or light level

 

If i was to rely on the Opal to control the light level into the controller (to allow relay switching of the LED lights during darkness)

Do you think the S input from the Voltek PIR  would work with the GJD controller & trigger the LED lights (When the Opal PIR had signalled darkness)
