A Customer has forgotten his password on an early digital Sprite and I be needing access.

Any one know a way round it?

There is no other way than to send it back to DM

I know on the new ones its a return to DM job, if its connected to a network you can get in with those passwords using network admin.

It is networked, tried ADMIN ----- This let's you into the digis front panel and you still need the password. Doesn't the other other password only change the network access?

I maybe wrong (wouldnt be the first time) but i think you can diy if you know which chip to unplug!
