Hi i'm new to forum so bare with me on this one.Any info gratefully received.Just installed a one way video entry with 2 handsets.maglock break glass and R.E button.Set dip switch settings so lock is open for 6 seconds but will only hold open whilst RE button is pressed.Will be speaking to Gardiners tomorrow but may get more joy on here.Alson have no audio at either end and lock release from handsets not working,checked,double checked and treble checked all connection but to no avail. :angry:

How have you wired the RE button, is it connected to the exit +- connections, have you used a twisted pair for the audio between controller and door station?

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
