Why will a bell box strobe light be flashing at all times when I have no tamper light, the alarm system functions fully otherwise, and the bell alarm sounds when tested? Could it be low battery warning? I replaced the bell box fuse recently, so the battery would have been low, although has been charging now for over a week. ??? :(

An obvious query, but have you pressed the "Reset" button.?
