Rich
Why bad boy? Do you actually realise the difference between a camera housing and a camera? electrocam
It's probably a broadcast quality Sony camera with motorised zoom lens inside the housing, probably 3ccd too. The pan/tilt unit is made by forward vision. electrocam
Just a rather critical update, I found the correct baud rates etc and the receive pins in the camera head, and I now have a fully working camera, YAY! Now all i got to do is get ahold of FVS and order a proper cable to fit the bottom, unless anyone happens to have one kicking around? jptaylor
Been quoted 3 weeks delivery on a genuine Forward Vision camera by two major suppliers. Does anyone know where I can get one on next day delivery. Part numbers required: MIC1400 400-501 Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/9837-big-brother-cameras/page/2/#findComment-194137 Share on other sites
nikko
Been quoted 3 weeks delivery on a genuine Forward Vision camera by two major suppliers. Does anyone know where I can get one on next day delivery.Part numbers required: MIC1400 400-501 Don't think you can get them elsewhere. From experience, we order ours 5 weeks before the jobs due to start. These cameras are so popular with customers that Forward Vision seem to struggle keeping up with demand. Good support though. I went up into the attic...I found a Stradavarius & a Picasso. Unfortunately..... Stradavarius couldn't paint, and Picasso made a shocking fiddle.
