Hi, can someone please answer this question I have.

Does it matter if the components of an alarm system are from different manufacturers. e.g. If I used a control panel from manufacturer A, sensors from B and a bell box from C would it all work together?

I was looking at a Texecom Veritas Excel control panel, Rokonet RK108PTDTI PIR's, and an Intellisense AG6 bell box.

im not one 100% sure about the AG6 but the AG3 is made by Ventcroft so im guessing the other bell box would be the same

i only know as i use the AG3 is specified by our local council and the come in a ventcroft box.

if so they would be made in runcorn.

I would advise you to think twice about the Intellisense bell box. I am not familiar with it, but I believe that most of their stuff is made in China.
