Perhaps i should re-instate the WARNING system....?

Is this aimed at me.. ???? Errrr if it is, sorry.... and if so whats it for..?? All i can gatehr is incorrect post in location, but as my thread started as a welcome and a question then does it stay here.??? Will be scourting the local press for a local firm and hope they dont take me to the cleaners for a diy alarm system.
