contacted coopers thanks but i could do with restoring the defaults on this panel as i have finished with a couple of zones and need to disable them to suit the new location i wanted to sort it out quicly as coopers want registration via fax it seems a long way around things

Sorry but Cooper Security are one of the manufacturers who do not want this site to give out engineering manuals and defaulting methods.

Sorry Tonto but AlarmGard is correct, we are not supposed to give installer/engineer instructions out for any control panel. As much as we`d like to help you out in this matter our hands are tied.

Perhaps you could ask someone from the forums local to you to assist.

many thanks for your help years ago I used to install these panels week in and week out but as I no longer work in this industry I have chucked sri manuals away.
