I would be greatful for any help you can give to rectify my alarm system.

I believe it is a 580, although not sure.

I had the system installed a while ago and the installation engineer no longer carries out this type of work.

When the system first went on the blink the LED display was flashing AC 15-44. Now it shows En all the time in the unset mode. When I try to set the alarm the exit sounder sounds, but the system will not set and the LED shows EN again.

If I go into the event log, the only thing that shows in the log is rE. According to the manual this means........... Electronic watchdog reset (engineer message)

I have tried to obtain an Anti-Code or Engineer Code but have been unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

sounds like you need an engineer to check the system

anti-code reset = definately need an engineer to sort it out for you.

You'll need someone out as said above, if you want to tell us where you are someone might be in your area, not alot you can do to it yourself in this case
