February 8, 200620 yr comment_86135 I would be greatful for any help you can give to rectify my alarm system. I believe it is a 580, although not sure. I had the system installed a while ago and the installation engineer no longer carries out this type of work. When the system first went on the blink the LED display was flashing AC 15-44. Now it shows En all the time in the unset mode. When I try to set the alarm the exit sounder sounds, but the system will not set and the LED shows EN again. If I go into the event log, the only thing that shows in the log is rE. According to the manual this means........... Electronic watchdog reset (engineer message) I have tried to obtain an Anti-Code or Engineer Code but have been unsuccessful. Any ideas?
