Anyone help?

My citadel xr2 has become inoperable. The lights on the pad are active, however the power and day light are extinguished. I had a 3 hrs power cut the other day, could this error be due to a flat backup battery? The PIR lights saty lit if I flick the power off again, that about all the info I can offer.

Looks like your gonna need a new backup battery, sounds like the panel locked up as the battery voltage dropped during that powercut, if you remove the battery and then downpower and re-power the panel should come back to life, but i advise you get yourself a new battery first.
