The lights on the pad are active, however the power and day light are extinguished. I had a 3 hrs power cut the other day, could this error be due to a flat backup battery? Service Engineer Posted November 23, 2003 Share Posted November 23, 2003 Looks like your gonna need a new backup battery, sounds like the panel locked up as the battery voltage dropped during that powercut, if you remove the battery and then downpower and re-power the panel should come back to life, but i advise you get yourself a new battery first. ........................................................
