Hiya

Can anyone help me to default a galaxy 16+ back to factory default? I've tried to get the old engineer code from the company that maintained it and was told to get stuffed so to speak! There is no memory link either to reset on the pcb..... I've managed to reset the system by dropping the battery and mains and power up again. At least the alarm can be used. I need to reprogramme it for the customer asap.
