Veritas 8 + SAB or SAS

Featured Replies

Hi, I am running a Veritas 8 with an //.National Installer.// SAB and an A1 SAS (bell box's) How many bell box's can be wired into the Veritas 8 control pannel as we are doing a large extention and would like perhaps 1 or 2 more. Is it possible to add more by wiring new ons into the control pannel in the same place as the two existing ons.

Set your first sounder to SAB and the rest to SCB.

I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

Isn't there a danger of blowing a fuse if you add more bells etc. than the panel is rated to power.

Er no thats the whole idea of SCB mode, the bell draws current from its own internal battery instead of from the panel
