    I agree that I've absolutely no qualifications whatsoever in the area of alarm installation eng, but I don't need any to be able to quote verbatim to Mike from a document. I am not qualified to judge the truth of the information contained in the document, but I would presume that if anyone knows what upgrades are possible it might be Ademco-Microtech. Besides which, I PM'd him the information and didn't expect to be mentioned on the open forum. No offence taken, by the way! If you want a copy of the PDF PM me your address and I'll send it. Allso
